Just remember to return your item in its original condition—unworn and undamaged—and we’ll take care of the rest!

 

EU & UK Withdrawal Rights (Right to Cancel)

If you are a consumer located in the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at rodeojoes@outlook.com before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

We will issue a full refund, including the original delivery cost (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been personalised or made to your specification.
